Now announcing, food!

In an attempt to eat less junk food, I need to cook more at home. My standard cooking, while not bad, is getting a bit repetitive. I’ve hit the Google, in hopes of finding something new to inspire my need to eat at home. Since my Mom thinks I’m a nerd for posting pictures of my food this past week, I thought adding a new section to my site would be a good idea. And as my ideas are usually good, here it is! I’ll be adding recipes that I’ve cooked, along with directions, photos, what I liked, etc. The picture above is an Alfredo sauce I cooked, with spinach, parsley and artichoke hearts. Recipe to follow later.
